1.1. Victor Martin Garcia provides independent advisory, keynotes and executive sessions, and training workshops on agentic AI SDLC and AI coding agents, for companies and teams.
1.2. Services are delivered remotely via video call or in-person, depending on arrangement.
2.1. Fees are agreed upon in writing before booking and are due as set out in the proposal.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
3.1. Any information shared about your company, codebase, or team during an advisory engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed or reused without your consent.
3.2. All content and materials provided during keynotes and workshops, including but not limited to presentations, examples, and demonstrations, remain the property of Victor Martin Garcia.
3.3. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without explicit written consent.
4.1. These services provide advisory, training and educational content. Victor Martin Garcia is not liable for business decisions or outcomes resulting from the application of concepts discussed in a session, keynote, workshop, or advisory engagement.
