Victor Martin is an independent advisor on agentic AI SDLC. 25+ years building software, 10+ as a CTO in fintech. Former co-founder and CTO of fundcraft, former CTO of iBroker, and Associate Professor of Software Quality at Universitat de Girona.
Long bio
Victor Martin is an independent advisor on agentic AI SDLC: how CTOs, boards and engineering teams adopt AI coding agents across the software lifecycle with the rigor a regulated company needs.
He spent over 25 years building software and more than a decade as a CTO in fintech, most recently as co-founder and CTO of fundcraft (2020-2026), a Luxembourg fund administration platform (PSF and AIFM licensed, 220+ funds). Under his tenure, fundcraft won the Technology and Innovation award at The Drawdown Awards two years running (2024, 2025) and European FundsTech Provider of the Year at the Funds Europe Awards (2024). Before that he was CTO of iBroker Global Markets.
He was Associate Professor of Software Quality at Universitat de Girona and now lectures on the university's MBA, teaching a new module on AI for decision making. He builds with AI coding agents daily and writes down what he learns in public.

Practical details
- Languages: English, Spanish and Catalan.
- Remote or on-site. Based in Girona, travels from Barcelona or Luxembourg.
- In the room: a screen with HDMI or USB-C, a hand or lapel mic, and a table for a laptop.
- For live demos: wifi that allows outbound HTTPS. A wired line is better when the room is full.
- Slides arrive up to 24 hours before. Recording and streaming are fine.
