Your privacy matters, and this policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.
1.1. Contact information: when you reach out to book a keynote, workshop, or advisory engagement, name, email address, and company details may be collected.
1.2. Communication data: correspondence related to bookings, proposals, and inquiries is retained.
1.3. Engagement information: for advisory work, information you share about your company, team, or codebase is retained only for the purpose of that engagement.
2.1. Information collected is used to schedule and deliver the requested service and to send a tailored proposal.
2.2. Contact information may be used to communicate about logistics and follow-ups.
3.1. Your personal information is not sold, rented, or leased to third parties.
3.2. The providers needed to run this site process data on our behalf: Firebase Hosting (Google) serves the pages, Formspree (United States) delivers the contact form, and Google Analytics measures audience as described in section 5. Scheduling and video conferencing tools may be used for an engagement, each with its own privacy policy.
3.3. Formspree and Google are established in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where it does not apply, on the standard contractual clauses.
4.1. Reasonable security measures are in place to protect your personal information, and confidential engagement information is not shared beyond what the engagement requires.
5.1. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and pages read. Analytics cookies are not among those exempt from article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, so your consent is asked before any of them is written. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in consent mode with storage denied: the visit is counted without writing any cookie and without a browser identifier.
5.2. If you accept, Google Analytics writes two cookies in your browser: _ga (Google LLC, 2 years), which distinguishes one browser from another so repeat visits are not counted twice, and _ga_PRKSXGZFFN (Google LLC, 2 years), which keeps the state of the measurement session.
5.3. No advertising cookies, no conversion pixels and no profiling are used, and no audiences are sold. The three advertising signals of Consent Mode v2 are declared denied and stay denied.
5.4. Your consent choice is stored in your own browser under the key cinlw_consent (local storage). That is first-party functional storage and needs no prior consent: without it you would be asked again on every page.
5.5. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, with the same ease you gave it, from the Cookies link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing does not delete cookies already written: remove those from your browser settings.
6.1. You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
