The Way We Build Software Just Changed

AI agents are rewriting the rules of software development. Most teams haven't had a chance to stop and see what's actually possible now.

Something Big Is Happening

AI isn't just better autocomplete. It's fundamentally changing the relationship between developers and code. Who writes what, how you think about architecture, what "being productive" even means.

The data backs it up:

  • In 2025, 121 million new repositories were created on GitHub. Over 230 per minute. All-time records broken for commits, pull requests, and new developers. (GitHub Octoverse 2025)
  • 84% of developers already use or plan to use AI tools in their workflow. At companies like Google, Microsoft, and Anthropic, between 25% and 90% of new code is AI-generated. (Stack Overflow Developer Survey 2025)
  • Apple's App Store saw 557,000 new apps in 2025, a +24% year-over-year increase. The biggest surge in nearly a decade, driven by "agentic coding" tools. (Appfigures)
  • Product launches on Product Hunt and Show HN doubled between December 2024 and December 2025. January 2026 was the highest-ever month for product launches on both platforms. (DataChaser)

Most developers haven't had the space to process what this really means.

Some are excited. Some are skeptical. Most are just busy shipping features and haven't had time to step back and explore what's actually possible now. That's exactly what we do in the sessions: stop, look at this together, and figure out what it means for your team.

How the Sessions Work

I sit down with the team, build something live with AI agents, and we talk about what all of this means for you. 90 minutes, no slides, no rigid agenda.

A different way of thinking

It's not about typing faster. It's about rethinking what you do as a developer when AI handles most of the writing.

Live building, mistakes included

I build something in front of you with AI agents. Dead ends, unexpected errors, real decisions. No curated highlight reel.

Your code, your questions

We talk about your codebase, your doubts, your specific challenges. That's usually the best part of the session.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Victor 👋

Victor

I've always loved understanding how things work and teaching others. 25+ years coding, 3 years as an Associate Professor at Universitat de Girona teaching Software Quality. Some of the most rewarding years of my career were spent in that classroom.

I've spent over a decade as a CTO, building and scaling engineering teams. That experience is what makes me pay attention to this differently.

When I started working with AI coding agents, something clicked. Not a "this is a nice tool" moment. A "this changes everything about how we build software" moment. I've been deep in it ever since, and I can't stop sharing what I'm finding.

What clients are saying

GetProven
"We took Victor's course and found it extremely beneficial. It opened up new ways of thinking and working for us. We're now exploring how to help our dev teams be more efficient with AI in their daily tasks. The work Victor is doing is extremely valuable. We'll continue working with him in the future."

Orpheus
"The workshop is a clear guide to preparing for the development methods of the future. The world has invented an automatic saw and knowing how to use it will distinguish those who build wooden skyscrapers from those who get crushed by a log. Victor's teachings have been key to paving the new way of working for our company."

Launchmetrics
"Programming is changing fast, but technical judgment remains essential. Victor's talk helps engineers understand how to use new tools without losing rigor or craftsmanship. It's clear, useful and, above all, makes you want to think better about how we build software."

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you only use one specific tool?

I demo with Claude Code, but everything we talk about applies to any AI coding agent. The ideas and workflows transfer across tools.

How big (or small) can the group be?

Any size. I've done sessions with 5 people and with 50. Smaller groups go deeper, larger ones spark more diverse questions.

Remote or in-person?

Both work well. Remote runs great over a video call with screen sharing. In-person can be arranged depending on where you are.

Do we need to prepare anything?

Nope, just show up curious. If you want to get more out of it, bring specific challenges or questions about your workflow.

What languages do you work in?

English, Spanish, or Catalan. Just let me know.

Want to see it?

Drop me a line and we'll find a time to chat.
